The box is not structural sound. There is no glue, or any type of joinery at the top of the sides. The sides of the box are only joined at the bottom, which makes the sides loose and move at the top. The hinges are also way to heavy to not have the top sides joined, so the back side that the hinges connect to pull the backside out.

This box holds all 151 planechase cards in the main compartment and the Arch Enemy cards in the side slot. All the cards are double sleeved as well and I could easily fit 40 more cards.

The box looks fantastic, and feels pretty solid when packed with cards.

However, when the box is empty it feels flimsy. After taking a closer look at the joints, they do look quite solid and I do believe it will hold up well to usage overtime. As others have pointed out, the only thing I don’t like is the 3-D printed hinges, they look questionable when it comes to durability. I will probably replace them with brass hinges as I feel the metal would not only help it last longer, but would also look better, but for now they will work.

Overall, would recommend anybody to buy it. It looks great, the etching is great and it holds a lot of cards!

Well I hate giving poor reviews especially for Independent Business people I have to give this a lower review because the box is very flimsy. The hinges look like they were printed out of a 3D printer. The wood is very thin and flimsy it's almost like a modeling wood. Well the detail and inscription is great and beautiful I don't see this holding my cars for very long as if it falls off of a table it's most likely going to shatter apart not only that but if this gets overloaded with too many cars I could also see it breaking. Overall it's a beautiful box however it's not practical and it's not heavy duty the hinges are flimsy plastic and the wood is thin and not very dense.

Worked with Stuart to design the larger PlaneChase box. Wanted a way to store my centralized planar deck and the dice that come with the game and its expansions. Still plenty of room for the next 40-50 Planes they could release. Photos supplied do not do this beautiful box justice. The box has 159 double sleeved Planar cards - the 135 Planes that have been released and 2 of each of the 12 Phenomenons.

The space on the right side allows the larger Anthologies dice and fits the other 17 Planar dice, the 4 spindowns that have been released for the Planechase series.

As an avid Planechase collector and player, this is a fantastic storage and travel case for the complete set with room to grow with more product release.

I’ve had my decision flip coins for about 3 days now. They are a very nice weight and the design looks nice. Unfortunately the names I had them personalized on them are fading away rapidly! At almost an alarming rate our names are disappearing. I hadn’t planned to gift them to my husband for 3 more days and I’m not sure what to do. At this point I’m thinking that I MAY try to trace the engraved/etched names with a fine point sharpie….. It may ruin them and bleed or it may not even work. The point is that our names are much, much lighter than the design around the edges. And the names (2 coins/4 names) are noticeably fading away.
